【High Performance】This temperature gun uses a high-sensitivity temperature sensor with a measurement accuracy of ±2%. Press and hold the trigger of the infrared thermometer gun to scan the surface of the object to obtain real-time temperature data between -58℉～1112℉(-50℃～600℃) within 0.5 seconds, and the highest temperature reading can also be obtained. The default measurement unit of the infrared thermometer is Fahrenheit, and you can also switch to Celsius for temperature measurement.
【Adjustable Emissivity】 The emissivity range of the thermometer gun is 0.1 to 1, and the default emissivity is 0.95. You can adjust the emissivity according to different materials by pressing the up and down buttons of the temp gun to make the measurement more accurate. When measuring shiny metal surfaces, cover the surface to be measured with opaque tape. Measure the temperature of the tape surface when the tape reaches the same temperature as the surface it covers.
【Non-Contact Measurement】The laser thermometer uses a twelve-point positioning laser, and the red ring auxiliary light can help you locate the target, greatly improving the measurement accuracy. This temperature gun has a distance to light spot ratio of 12:1, which can easily measure the temperature of grills, ovens, meats, fried foods, engines, etc. from a long distance in a safe location. If you don’t want to use the laser, you can also turn the laser off with the button on the thermometer gun.
【High/Low Temperature Alarm】The default high temperature alarm value of the temp gun thermometer is 1112℉/600℃, and the default low temperature alarm value is -58℉/-50℃. You can set the alarm temperature point by pressing the up and down buttons of the ir thermometer gun. When the temperature measured by the infrared thermometer temperature gun is greater than the high temperature alarm value or less than the low temperature alarm value, the indicator light above the display window lights up.
【Energy Saving】This laser temperature gun features a color backlit screen, allowing you to easily read the measurement results at any time. The measurement results remain on the display for 10 seconds without any operation, and then it automatically shuts down, saving power and extending battery life. The ir thermometer gun also has a low battery indicator function to remind you to replace the battery in time. In addition, this temperature gun comes with 2 × AAA batteries to power the temp gun.
【Note】This infrared thermometer temperature gun is only for inanimate objects and measures the surface temperature of objects and liquids. It is not suitable for human body/internal temperature measurement. Please be careful to avoid direct laser light into the eyes.
