I have two dogs — can they each have their own treat puzzle toys and play at the same time?

This product is designed for single-pet training.

When two units are close, remotes may trigger both devices.

For best results, use one set at a time or let pets take turns – one enjoys treat time while the other watches and learns!

My dog doesn’t understand how to press the button. What should I do?

Start with short, fun sessions. Guide your dog’s paw to the button, press together, and give a treat right after. Repeat daily — most pets learn within a few days!

My Labrador tried many toy feeders, they were knocked over easily. How can I keep it stable?

The rocket fins let it rest securely against a wall, or you can place it near a table edge so treats fall to the floor — dogs love chasing them! It’s stable and more fun that way.

It only holds about one cup of treats. Is it too small for large dogs?

The IQ Rocket is a treat puzzle toy, not a full meal feeder. It’s made for fun, training, and reward playtime — a few treats at a time keep dogs engaged and excited to earn their snacks!

Sometimes no treats come out, and other times too many. Is mine defective?

Treat flow can vary slightly depending on treat size and button timing.

This variation is part of the fun — pets learn patience and surprise rewards make playtime exciting!
