HOW IT WORKS? – Dirty water is pulled up through the inlet tube into the filter, while a small portion of floating oils being sucked into tank filter by surface skimmer. The water flows through multiple stages of filtration which traps debris and particles. Ultimately, clean water returns to the tank via the spray bar / directional spout / flared spout
EFFICIENT 3-STAGE FILTRATION – hygger hang-on-back filter features three large filter baskets loaded with 3x 20 PPI biological filter foams that traps debris and offers surface area for additional beneficial bactea, 70 grams ceramic bio-balls to remove toxic ammonia and nitrite, providing both mechanical and biological filtration to keep water crystal clear and healthy
3 OUTLET OPTIONS & ADJUSTABLE FLOW CONTROL – 1. Spray bar – improves surface movement and oxygenation. 2. Direction spout with air pipe aid in increasing tank oxygen levels. 3. Flared spout – won’t disturb fish. Each outlet type’s water flow rate can be adjusted to adapt to the size of your aquarium
